1. Introduction

Welcome to Swifted. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our delivery services platform. Courier live location is shared with customers during active jobs. You can control location permissions through your device settings. 2.3 Usage Data We collect platform usage information such as delivery history, account events, device and browser metadata, and service logs. This data is used for security, fraud detection, and platform reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

The legal basis under UK GDPR for each purpose is shown below: • To provide, operate, and improve our delivery services — Contract (performance of a contract with you) • To process payments and prevent fraud — Contract and Legal Obligation • To match customers with available couriers — Contract • To enable real-time tracking and in-app messaging during active jobs — Contract and Legitimate Interests • To send service updates, booking confirmations, and important notifications — Contract • To verify courier identity and vehicle compliance — Legal Obligation and Legitimate Interests • To ensure the safety and security of our platform — Legitimate Interests • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations — Legal Obligation Where we rely on Legitimate Interests, we balance those interests against your rights and freedoms and only process what is necessary.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances: • With Couriers: When you book a delivery, we share necessary information (name, contact details, pickup and dropoff addresses) with the assigned courier • With Customers: Couriers' name, vehicle details, and live location are shared with the customer during an active job • Service Providers (Subprocessors): We use trusted third parties to operate the platform — Stripe (payment processing), Google Maps (address search, routing and maps), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Base44 (app hosting and database infrastructure). Data processed by these providers is governed by their respective terms and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for international transfers • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users
